What are the strengths and weaknesses of having to much power of people or things?
In Animal Farm, there are many issues that the animals are having with their owner, Mr. Jones. For example, Mr. Jones makes sure to feed them the amount of food to where they won't starve, and they don't like that at all. Additionally, in life, I think that when people overpower, like France taking over Haiti, isn't the best way to go because, when taking over you're basically taking away the rights and ways that the people want to live. Also, a strength to overpowering is that you may be helping who or what you are overpowering. Unlike Animal Farm, animals that are in danger, like a dog getting hit by a car, could really use the help because they won't be able to take care of themselves as well as they did if they were free. Animal Farm is a great way for people to understand that overpowering isn't always a good thing. When being overpowered, the people that are in control have the rights to really do anything that they want, so they could mistreat them and get away with it, and that's not fair. Like in Animal Farm, Mr. Jones takes away the hen's eggs, that could of been her children, and the cows and pigs offspring was taken away to be sold for money to support himself. The story shows how the animals want their freedom and the ways that they were going to make them happen, which we call is a revolution.

Who holds the most power in your life?
My parents are the people who would hold the most power in my life. For example, my parents show me what obstacles that there are in life, so that I can go far by knowing what to look for. In addition, they tell me about the good and bad in life, like war and money! For me to go far in life, they talk with me about my grades and to shoot for a goal to keep reaching. Also, my mom and dad teach me what things to do, rather thank things I shouldn't do in my life. They basically give me leverage but won't let me fall. Next, my dad, for example, works as a truck diver and shows my brothers and sister that you have to work really hard to get the good things in life, such as a nice car and the expensive electronics. Even though my parents can be tough on me about my future, they do it so that I can get a better life than they did as kids, and so we can go far in life. So as you can see, my parents are the ones who hold the most power in my life.

Why do kids and teens runaway?
One in seven kids, and teens, between the ages of 10 and 18 runaway from home at some point. There are also 1 million to 3 million children who runaway, or are just homeless, who are living on the streets in the United States. Many people believe that running away from home is not the best way to go; where as, if you're getting abused, for example, and you feel the need to runaway, you need to make sure that you go to a safe place!
There are many reasons that children runaway from home. First of all, a lot of kids leave because they have parents who are drunks. Drunk parents usually only care about their alcohol rather than their children; therefore, they run away. For example, on a movie that I've seen, the mother and father were drunks and their house had NO food at all! Then, the father had gotten paid at work but brought home alcohol instead of food, so of course, his kids were left hungry. Parents who are alcoholics usually don't care about the accomplishments their children make in school or sports; they only care about their drinks! Next, many runaways may leave because they don't want what their parents are pushing them to do, such as sports and their careers. They go because they may not want to go to Harvard or they don't want to play basketball. So as you can see, many kids runaway from home because they are sick and tired of having to try and get some food once in a while, and they really don't want what their parents are telling them to go for in life, maybe, they want to do their own things.
The most popular reason why kids decide to runaway would have be because they are getting abused. There are many different ways to get abused, such as sexually, verbally, and physically. Children runaway because they can't take the pain of feeling violated or embarrassed because they are being hurt. There is a chance of them believing that they are in danger of getting being beaten to death. In a music video, called "Runaway Love", that I have seen; it showed a story about a little girl who had a single father who was a drunk and physically abused her. She wanted really bad to runaway because she feared that she was going to die; so she did leave. Also, many of the people who decide not to runaway from being abused is because their parents are keeping them there with threats and bribes. As a result, they will decide to runaway from home because they are told by friends and teachers to go to a place where it can actually be safer than their house. So as you can see, the main reason a child,or teen, runs away from home is because they don't want to be abused sexually, verbally, or physically, any longer!
Finally, kids and teens tend to runaway from home because they just simply don't like the life that they are living. They imagine the life that they could of had if they were born into a family where they weren't abused, they didn't have alcoholic parents, and lastly they could get what they actually wanted. That's why many children and teens decide to runaway to a more safer place then the place they are now.

How would a teenage girl live in high school if she got pregnant and had to raise it when she herself isn't fully raised?
If a teenage girl that is still in high school got pregnant and had to raise a baby when she herself wasn't fully raised herself, could have problems, but keep it together with a positive attitude! For example, on a website that I found, a 15 year old girl named Zina is five months pregnant with twins. Even though she thinks that she had gotten pregnant for a reason, she is still going to have a lot of problems! For starters, teenage pregnancy is very common in the United States, the rate of them getting pregnant is about 750,000 annually! In school, when the girls are pregnant it could be hard to go through all of the activities, such as, Gym and extracurricular activities because of the hard work that they would have to go through. Next, from previous experience, my cousin had gotten pregnant in high school and it turned her whole life around! She had to go to all the doctors appointments, and that meant she would miss softball practice and games. Then, in school her grades would drop from all of the stress from having the baby when of course, she would have to raise the baby,on her own. Even though she still did have her child, she made sure to finish school to become an English teacher. So, if you do have a positive attitude while being a teenage mother, things could turn out for the best. Every teen who gets pregnant needs to decide whether or not to keep the baby or not. I found out that around 51% of teenagers decide to actually keep their babies; where as, 49% decide not to. Lastly, when a girl gets pregnant in school, they tend to drop out. In fact, about 66% drop out to take care of their babies, and their parents do not want anything to do with the situation. So, they are forced to be on their own and learn how to become an adult earlier than expected. So as you can see, when getting pregnant in school, it can be a really big hassle, but with a positive attitude, you can get through it!

How was Julius Caesar and the Senators realtionship? How did it end?
Julius Caesar was a very powerful man until he was murdered. To Start off with, the Senators were known to be retired Patricians and Plebeians, who favored the patricians. Julius Caesar was known to be a great general and political leader. Soon, into becoming well known he became a consul. Also, later on in his life he was known to be a great political leader, but he needed some victories so that he could be known as a Military leader, which he got. Next, the people of the lower class knew Caesar as a Military Hero, but the senators thought otherwise. The senators believed that Julius was going to become king, and law states that if any man is thought to try to become a king they could be put to death without trial. So one day, the Senators decided to invite Julius Caesar to the house of the Senators, and he had no idea what was coming. That day Julius Caesar was killed, he was stabbed to death by Brutuss and Casius. So as you can see the senators and Julius Caesar didn't have a good relationship due to Julius' power.

What Is Judaism?!
Star Of David(picture to the left)is the Jewish Symbol.
Introduction
In the beginning of time many important people, or civilizations, made special religions that they could practice. For instance, Jewish people have their own religion known as Judaism. Jewish people, like all of the other religions, had many things that they did to practice their religion, such as their Holy Books (or sacred texts), holidays, rituals and customs, and the way that they usually dressed.
Founder!
First of all, Judaism was started off by Abraham and the Hebrews and through thousand years of their suffering, persecution, and victories, they are still known well for being an influential religion. Most people who are known to be Jewish should abide by the ritual laws, and make sure to be strict on the followers
about their attitude towards their ritual beliefs. Lastly,
it was founded in a place called Mesopotamia around 1300b.c.
Number of Followers and location!
In addition, the amount of followers that you could find out is fourteen million people. Usually, you could locate most of them with this religion in Jerusalem, or today it is known as Israel. They would be the type of people who believe in love and hope.
Holy Books (or Sacred Books)!
Next, the books that they would consider their sacred book is the Torah(to the left), this book is what they considered to be their bible. Also, the Tanakh ,was said to be finished in 200 b.c., is the Jews Holy Book. The Torah, is know as the five books of Moses.
Religious Holidays!
Also, the Jews just like every other religion, have many certain holidays that they always celebrate! First off, the Jewish People are known to celebrate The Sabbath which is a day of celebration and rest. Next, you could find out that another holiday that they celebrate is Hanukkah which means the festival of lights. To end with, the last holiday that every religion could most likely recognize is the Jewish Passover and on that day they all tell the story of the Jewish Exodus, or when Moses led the Jews out of Egypt when they were invaded and sent there.
Rituals and Customs!
The Practices that Jewish people practice is Worship and Prayer. Jews also usually make sure that they abide their laws, so that they can respect their religion. They are also found at times at their place of worship, The Synagogue, there they're usually worshiping the god.
Particular dress and clothing!
Just like the other religions, Jewish religion are known to have different clothing, The white robe that they wear is called a Kittel. Also, the Tallit and Tzitzit
is the Prayer Shawl and Fringes, and lastly, the Tichl which is the head covering for women.
Hierarchy/Organization!
Lastly, the last thing in my world religion project on Judaism is the Hierarchy. So first of all, the dominating person that would be in charge of all the spiritual beliefs is the Rabbi (which is the picture to the left). Then after him would be the High Priests who were restricted to the men, after them are the Sanhedrin, otherwise known as the Supreme Court in Judaism. Those are the interesting fast and funs facts that I found on Hierarchy.
Conclusion!
By doing my project, I can see that I have definitely learned a lot about Judaism. From their number of followers, to their certain type of dress code, rituals and customs, holidays, Holy Books, and even their Hierarchy! If you look to the left of the screen you will see a poll that I did to get some feed back on what you thought of my blog!

How can we help?!
On this website that I found on environmental help was very helpful. I found so some ways that we can help our community! First off, I learned that the people of my city could possibly walk to the grocery store instead of diving, and you could even use a reel mower to help the pollution of the air. Next, the people in my city can possibly walk more and jog more to try to help stop all of the obesity from children because they would be walking or riding their bike. Also, most people have their heater, hot water heater, and refrigerator thermostats set at ridiculous temperature, so they should try changing it and see if it would be better that way and that saved them ENERGY and MONEY!! NEWS FLASH! People who are using the light bulbs that are normal, they should stop and see how they like the new fluorescent bulbs! They are way more helpful to the environment! So as you can see this website helped me learn some helpful thinks i could pass on to my neighborhood and other people i may know in my city. Lastly the people who may want to look at this site are the people who want to make a change in the environment in their city, this website really did help!
